Every effort is made to ship non-custom orders within 48 hours. Personalized stationery may take a day or two longer. All items must be in original packaging and condition. No returns accepted after 14 days. Due to its customized nature, personalized stationery can not be refunded or exchanged. If there is a mistake on my end, I will replace your stationery free of charge. All online orders are completed with secure Paypal forms.
